2. Insurance mediation information
Pedro Javier Rotger Pou acts as an exclusive insurance agent, tied by an agency contract to the insurer named in the agency contract, whose identifying details are provided to the client before any policy is taken out. He is registered in the administrative register of insurance and reinsurance distributors of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP) under number to be completed.
As an exclusive insurance agent, the insurer assumes civil liability arising from his mediation activity.
Complaints can be addressed to the insurer's customer service department and, where applicable, to the Complaints Service of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds. Before taking out any policy, the client will be given the pre-contractual information required by law.

Please do not include health or banking data in the form: that is discussed by phone.
Purpose: to handle your request and call you back. The data is not used for any other purpose or for profiling.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form and which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients: data is not passed on to third parties unless required by law. The web hosting and email provider processes the data as a processor, solely to provide its service.
Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. If no relationship is formed, the data will be deleted once it is no longer needed for the stated purpose.
Your rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pedrorotgerseguros.es. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
